Can I return my purchase if I'm not happy with it?
Unfortunately you can't due to the nature of the product. Certain products such as personal care (beauty) or personalised products cannot be returned.
What do i do if my product arrives broken?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of any damages so it will be easier for us to take action and either give you a refund or replace your items.
Can i get a refund on my order if I'm not happy with it?
Of course. We do advise you to wait at least 90 days before you see results. However, if you aren't happy with the product or if it's arrive damaged and you want your money back send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about your concerns. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can i change or cancel my order?
Please email our customer service at email@example.com with any requests to amend your order. However, if your order has been packaged and shipped you cannot cancel your order.
How long will my refund take?
It was take approximately 5-7 business days for the item amount to return back into your account. The refund will be made with the same payment information used in the original purchase.
Will i get the full refund?
We will refund you the total cost of your order including shipping costs.
