Order Processing & Shipping Update


At Plantmade, we operate on a slow-production, made-to-order basis. This allows us to minimise costs, reduce waste, and protect the long-term continuity of our business — all while ensuring your products are freshly prepared with care.
Our current processing time is up to 10 working days (14 calendar days) from the moment you place your order. This window covers the time needed to procure, produce, package, and ship your items.
From time to time, unexpected delays or operational errors may occur. While these may be outside our direct control ,we take full responsibility and are committed to resolving them quickly. If your order is delayed significantly beyond our stated timeframe, you may be eligible for a shipping fee refund.
For our international customers, please note: some orders are being held as we reassess shipping costs in light of new tariff changes. These orders are not cancelled — they’re simply awaiting operational clearance before dispatch.
