When Should I Expect My Order?
During BFCM and into the Christmas period, our order volumes sky rocket. We are shipping bigger, heavier parcels at double, or sometimes triple our usual rate. This can make things tricky for our shipping partners and sometimes leads to delays in fulfillment.
To help manage this, we will be extending our processing times from 3-5 working days to 5-10 working days throughout the rest of November and December. This will allow us and our partners to ensure expectations are realistic.
We still endeavor to ship orders as soon as the products and staff are available, so don’t be surprised if your order arrives earlier than stated.

If any problems arise with your order before it leaves our fulfillment team, we will resolve it, as we are legally obligated to do.
You can also make changes or even pause your order using Aftercare. (Click "Manage Order" on your confirmation email or text message to access this).
Order Protect covers you for any issues that might occur past the point of shipping. This small insurance fee* can be applied at checkout and covers cases of address issues, customer mistakes, loss, damages and theft.
Order Protect customers will receive replacement item(s) if any problems occur in shipping.
Without Order Protect we reserve the right to approve/ disapprove any replacements on a case-by-case basis in-line with feedback and evidence from our carriers and fulfillment partners.
The process for approval may take between 5-7 days.
*The Order Protect fee covers a small amount of the shipping cost for your replacement items.

What If I Don't See Results?

At Plantmade we are confident that if a natural solution is a good fit, you should see at least some visible progress within 90-180 days (of consistent, correct use).
Therefore, if you have been using the products correctly for more than 90 days without seeing any progress at all, we will offer a full refund*.
Due to compliance restrictions, we are unable to offer refunds after 180 days have passed.
